Processing

Most orders move from confirmation to packing as quickly as possible, but handmade body care may require extra handling during busy periods, launches, holidays, or severe weather.

  • A tracking email is sent when the shipment label is created or the order is handed to the carrier.
  • Orders with incorrect addresses, payment review, or product availability questions may take longer.

Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. If a scan appears delayed, allow the carrier a little time to process the package before assuming it is lost.

Address care

Address changes

Contact support immediately if the shipping address is wrong. We can only make changes before an order is packed, labeled, or transferred to the carrier.

  • If a product softens in transit, let it cool at room temperature before opening or using.
