Colorado Bath & Body does not sell customer names, order details, or payment information as a standalone customer list. This page gives you a direct way to submit an opt-out or privacy request.

How to submit an opt-out request

Email support with the subject line Privacy Request - Do Not Sell or Share. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant account, order, or browser-based interaction.

Your name.
The email address connected to your account, order, or newsletter signup.
Your state or country of residence, if you want rights reviewed under a specific privacy law.
A short note saying that you want to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.

What this request covers

An opt-out request is intended to cover activities that applicable privacy laws treat as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not prevent all uses of information needed to run the store.

We may still use information to process orders, ship packages, provide support, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Service providers may still process information for store operations under their service-provider roles.
Opt-out choices may not affect information that has already been processed before the request is completed where law allows.

Verification

Verification and response

For some privacy requests, we may need to verify that the person making the request is the customer, account holder, or authorized agent. Verification protects customer information from unauthorized access or deletion.

We may ask you to confirm the email address, order number, shipping name, or other reasonable details.
We will not ask for your full payment card number as part of a privacy request.
Authorized agents may need to provide proof of authority where required or appropriate.

Browser choices

Cookies, advertising, and browser controls

Some privacy choices are tied to a browser or device because cookies, pixels, and similar technologies work in that environment. You may also be able to use browser settings, cookie controls, or global privacy signals depending on your browser.

Blocking or deleting cookies may affect cart, login, checkout, and preference features.
If you use a different browser or device, you may need to repeat browser-based choices there.
Where legally required and technically available, recognized opt-out preference signals will be reviewed according to applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may also be able to request access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation, or information about how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.

Include the account or order email so the request can be located.
We will review the request under the privacy laws that apply to the customer and the business.

Non-discrimination

No retaliation for privacy choices

We do not intend to deny goods, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercise privacy rights, unless a difference is permitted by law or necessary because of the requested action.

For example, deleting account information may make account history or saved addresses unavailable.
Opting out of certain marketing or advertising activity should not prevent normal order fulfillment.
Some communications, such as order confirmations and support messages, may still be necessary.
